vagrant up 시 워커노드 가상머신 생성이 잘 안되는 경우(자답)

소스를 다운해서 압축 푼 후 vagrant up 처음 실행했는데 There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.
