안녕하세요!
강의 제작 당시에는 폰트를 설치해서 사용하는 것으로 제작했는데 아래의 라이브러리가 공개되어 아래 라이브러리를 사용해 보는것을 추천합니다.
설치와 import 만으로도 한글폰트를 사용하실 수 있습니다.

설치
pip install koreanize-matplotlib
또는
python setup.py install
