섹션 0 두번 째 강의에서 npm install 하는 곳부터 에러가 나는데

이 에러는 어떻게 해결하면 될까요? ㅠ

파이썬도 최신 버전으로 다시 설치해보고 이것저것 시도해봐도 안되네요 ㅠ
